Instruction of withdrawal (revocation)

Right to withdrawal
Customers are allowed to withdraw their order within two weeks without giving any reasons or by returning the ordered goods. The right to withdrawal ends 14 days after the customer (or third party other than the transporter) received the goods. The withdrawal must be made in an unambiguous statement, which expresses the will to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is not restricted to a specific form and can be made by mail, fax, e-mail or by phone. The period commences on receipt of these regulations in writing at the earliest.
Sending the withdrawal or the goods within the time limit shall be sufficient for compliance. Please send the withdrawal notice to:

Exceptions from right to withdrawal:
The right to withdrawal does not apply when an article has been custom-fitted to suit the wishes of the customer.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a valid revocation of this agreement each party shall return to the respective other party the goods and any benefits received including the costs for delivery within 14 days. For the backtransfer of the money we use the same means as at the original transaction. We will not charge any fees for this tansaction. We can refuse the transferal back until we got back the goods or have the proof you have shipped them. You have to send back the goods immediately or latest within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal reached us. It is within the time limit if you handover the goods to your forewarder in this time limit.

You have to bear the costs for sending back the goods.

If the customer cannot return the received goods in total or in parts or only in a worsened condition, he is obliged to pay a value compensation. This does not apply, if the degradation of the goods is based exclusively on their examination as it would have been possible for the customer for instance in a shop.

The General Terms and Conditions are always an integral part of the contract, which you have recognized when placing your order with us.

The provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) in its newest version apply.

Consequences of a revocation, payment agreement
You have to bear the costs for sending back the goods.
